How do I change power setting? CircuPool CORE Series Salt Chlorine Generators - Owner Resources CORE Series

Plus sign won't increase settings. I am on 50% and want 75%. But the light doesn't illuminate when I press "+"

The CircuPool CORE will limit the maximum output beginning at 68 degree water temperature, but you should see the Cold Water light illuminated and the output light should blink as well. You made no mention of the other lights and since this is mid-June, this needs our attention.
