I have a core model 60K 300002760023. The touch pad isn't working and the error light is on. What do i do?

The best course of action is to call us at (888) 206-9938 Mon-Thu: 9-4:30 or Fri: 9-3pm Central and we can determine where you are relative to the CORE's 8-year limited warranty, trouble shoot the error light, and arrange to take care of the unresponsive keypad.
