The system's "reverse polarity" operation means that throughout the day you will see it switch between operating on plates 2 and 4 verses plates 1, 3, 5.

In general, if you are not getting a warning light, it is important to remember that when you measure chlorine in the pool, you are only able to detect the leftover, unneeded amount of chlorine in the water. This does not mean that the chlorine generator is or is not working, rather that more chlorine is being consumed than is being generated. The linked guide 1) will allow you to confirm your system’s generation, and if operation 2) troubleshoot common reasons that chlorine demand may have gone up.
