Completed orders are always automatically sent an e-mail to the e-mail address the customer used when placing the order.
Sometimes, the e-mails are relegated to the spam/junk folder.
Curiously, we find no order, or failed order, using the e-mail associated with this question.
Coincidentally, we do see an order for the very item you mentioned under another e-mail address and for a surname matching part of the e-mail address you used when posting your question.
Perhaps you have an e-mail address with your surname in it and used it when ordering the flow switch ;-)
