The Flow LED on the panel will turn green for aprox. 10 seconds and then go red for aprox. 2 min. When it will go green again for 10 seconds repeating. Could this be a faulty flow switch or something else? View answer

Just received my order from you and it was a housing O-ring, Mechanical Seal, and impeller, not quite sure of the sequence and I want to be sure I put everything back the way it suppose to be. Would you have a better picture you could e-mail me that is a little better than the manual shows. When I unscrewed the impeller some of the parts on mechanical seal came apart and I would like to make sure I do this right. Thanks for any help you could give me. View answer

I tripped on my wire of the flow connector. The wire pulled out of the phone cord like clip. Can I reconnect it? or do I really have to buy a new one? My unit is a si series plis unit from over 10 years ago. On the panel ........r502 f15 if that helps. View answer
