I have a variable speed pump. The question is, when I am at the low speed I suspect the flow will not be enough for the flow switch to read so it will not produce salt. Is this correct? Will this harm the system? If I purchase this my plan is to set the pump speeds to get the chlorine level I need. Pool is 15000 gallons View answer

I'm in central Florida and have a 20,000 Gal screened in salt pool. I have your RJ 45+ Salt Cell and your SmartFlo 1.5 Horse VS Pump. I'm looking at your two stage filter system with the TJ-16 and a CJ filter. What size would you recommend for the CJ? I was thinking the CJ 2750 or CJ 180, but would like your recommendation. Thanks, Pete View answer

Hello, What is the minimum flow rate (GPM) for operation for the CircuPool Core series? I currently have a Jandy VSP pump that I run at 1200 rpms that generates 22 gpm. Would the Chlorinator work at this low flow rate? Thanks in advance for your assistance. Have a GREAT Day. Regards, Eric Brown View answer

I have an inground 11,500gal (estimate) pool. I have a 100 sq ft cartridge filter. All visible plumbing is 1-1/2" PVC. The current pump motor is 1 HP single speed. I would like to upgrade to a VS pump to run 8 hrs per day and turn the pool over 2x/day. I'm also considering the RJ-20PLUS SWCG. What size motor should I use - the 1.5, 2.0 or the 3.0HP??? Also, do you agree with the RJ-20 or should I go with the RJ-30? View answer

Hello. I have an RJ-60+ which is rated at 300W, so presumably it only draws 1.36A at 220V. However, the manual also mentions the cell current ranging between 2.5 and 7.8 amps. I can also see the cell current displayed when I cycle through the menu options. For example, at 50%, it shows 5.7 amps. I'm assuming this cell current is different from the load on the circuit breaker. Can you confirm please? View answer

I have the Edge40. After a big rainstorm, the system told me that salt level was low. I added a few bags, and got it tested. Showings 4500 level. I had it running on high and boost for about 6 hours, yet my chlorine levels were still extremely low. I then cleaned the cell by the book and ran it again for a few hours with no change to chlorine levels. Still shows no chlorine when tested. I looked at the cell with a flashlight while it was running. I did see the electrolysis bubbles being formed. Yet after a few hours the chlorine levels did not rise. Please advise. View answer
