Is there a regular interval at which polarity is reversed? I run my pump 4 hours per day. When not running there will be no power to the control unit. I'm worried based on my past experience with Zodiac LM that with power being cut, the polarity will be reversed every 4 hours after power up which would be a problem (of course I can run it longer if needed). The pump is always powered, but has an internal controller as well as variable speed. We can have reduced flow as well as no flow during parts of the day. Will this hurt your system?
