We just cleaned our cell and now we are having issues with it communicating to the system. There is a code saying Cell Connection. We have inspected the all of the cables and everything look to be in good shape. We have powered it down several times and disconnected it several times as well yet we can not get the cell to communicate with the system, W”hat could be the cause of this code? View answer

I have a SJ-series system 4 years ago. works great. I just had a variable speed pool pump installed. It goes threw its own internal timers. does the SJ- series have a built in flow switch sensor built in. Worried about the unit coming on via the old pool timer without the new pump running? Hello. I have an RJ-60+ which is rated at 300W, so presumably it only draws 1.36A at 220V. However, the manual also mentions the cell current ranging between 2.5 and 7.8 amps. I can also see the cell current displayed when I cycle through the menu options. For example, at 50%, it shows 5.7 amps. I'm assuming this cell current is different from the load on the circuit breaker. Can you confirm please? View answer

Hi, I'm a return customer. Well, I think it's time to replace the old system with a new one. My question is... I see a round "white" fitting with wires attached in your photos. What is that? I don't have anything like that on my current system (RJ20 serial # 030282). Also, will the chlorinator fit the same fittings as my old system? Thank You! View answer

Hello, I have just purchased the RJ-30 Plus Salt system, and wanted to know it's power usage in Watts and Amps. Also, is it more efficient to connect it to 220v vs. 120v, and if so, how much more efficient? Whats the amperage & wattage for 220v vs. 120v connections? Thank you! View answer

I have the Edge40. After a big rainstorm, the system told me that salt level was low. I added a few bags, and got it tested. Showings 4500 level. I had it running on high and boost for about 6 hours, yet my chlorine levels were still extremely low. I then cleaned the cell by the book and ran it again for a few hours with no change to chlorine levels. Still shows no chlorine when tested. I looked at the cell with a flashlight while it was running. I did see the electrolysis bubbles being formed. Yet after a few hours the chlorine levels did not rise. Please advise. View answer

Is there a regular interval at which polarity is reversed? I run my pump 4 hours per day. When not running there will be no power to the control unit. I'm worried based on my past experience with Zodiac LM that with power being cut, the polarity will be reversed every 4 hours after power up which would be a problem (of course I can run it longer if needed).
