I currenty have a aquapure 1400 that I am really dissatisfied with. I just changed the cell and it is still sporadic with error messages. I can’t believe I just bought a cell for $700.00 and nothing! We're thinking of replacing out Hayward with this system. Can we reply on the flow switch to turn the chlorinator on and off? The pump is always powered, but has an internal controller as well as variable speed. We can have reduced flow as well as no flow during parts of the day. Will this hurt your system?
