I have the Edge40. After a big rainstorm, the system told me that salt level was low. I added a few bags, and got it tested. Showings 4500 level. I had it running on high and boost for about 6 hours, yet my chlorine levels were still extremely low. I then cleaned the cell by the book and ran it again for a few hours with no change to chlorine levels. Still shows no chlorine when tested. I looked at the cell with a flashlight while it was running. I did see the electrolysis bubbles being formed. Yet after a few hours the chlorine levels did not rise. Please advise. View answer

I am replacing a Hayward system. I will eventually replace the control panel also but for now need ot know if I need to purchase anything else to connect to the existing control panel. it has a plug that connects to it now. Do I need to purchase a separate plug to connect to the control panel? View answer
