All, I received my RJ-30 generator in the winter of 2019, installed for last season, this season I have been fighting with algae growth, and I think it is due to a defective flow sensor, is there some way I can clean it, or otherwise troubleshoot it before I have to replace the whole thing? I touched the wire on it today, and it stopped flickering with no-flow, and started generating again, so I am sure this is the issue. Please let me know, Louise View answer

I currenty have a aquapure 1400 that I am really dissatisfied with. I just changed the cell and it is still sporadic with error messages. I can’t believe I just bought a cell for $700.00 and nothing! Is this system a direct bolt on? I don’t want to continue throwing money at this problem. The pool size is 18,000 gallons and I live in Miami, Fl. Which is hot! View answer

I have a SJ-series system 4 years ago. works great. I just had a variable speed pool pump installed. It goes threw its own internal timers. does the SJ- series have a built in flow switch sensor built in. Worried about the unit coming on via the old pool timer without the new pump running? I have purchased 2 of your RJ 30 units in the past for my pool. I really like the product and need a RJ 20 for my daughter . I have noticed the prices have increased substantially since my last purchase. There are many places that sell this product, which has the best price ? Also, what is the 120 v for $18.50 do. What is its purpose when the system runs on low voltage? Are there any discounts ? Military, senior anything at all . Thank you View answer
