I have a variable speed pump. The question is, when I am at the low speed I suspect the flow will not be enough for the flow switch to read so it will not produce salt. Is this correct? Will this harm the system? If I purchase this my plan is to set the pump speeds to get the chlorine level I need. Pool is 15000 gallons View answer

What is the RJ+ cell unit's maximum pressure (PSI) rating? View answer

Hello. I have an RJ-60+ which is rated at 300W, so presumably it only draws 1.36A at 220V. However, the manual also mentions the cell current ranging between 2.5 and 7.8 amps. I can also see the cell current displayed when I cycle through the menu options. For example, at 50%, it shows 5.7 amps. I'm assuming this cell current is different from the load on the circuit breaker. Can you confirm please? View answer

I have a 10,000 gallon pool and want to convert to salt. So many questions. It's been 3 years since I drained and replaced 1/2 the water in the pool due to a repair. Should I consider a water replacement prior to conversion ? Under what circumstances should I consider water replacement? Money not an option...which model should I buy? What size? When does increase size not benefit performance for salt conversion power, cell cleaning cycle time, and cell life? Installation should not be a consideration as all would fit my system. Thank you, Bill View answer

I purchased a SJ-20 (from Amazon, hasn't arrived yet) it was a panic buy, only nine left yada yada, no chlorine available locally. but I realize now that the unit will likely be undersized as my pool is 30000 gallons. they didn't indicate volume or capacity and I did not find you website until after i made the purchase. So am i wasting my time with this unit or do I have any recourse ( upgrade path? bigger cell etc.) any input would be appreciated. View answer

This says it can produce up to 1.4 lbs of chlorine per day. Would this be assuming it is running at 100% output for 24 hours? Just trying to figure out my run time and output settings. Last year I was using about a 1/2 pound to 3/4 pound of chlorine per day before I installed this salt cell View answer
