I bought a house with a 26qft pool. I'm trying to learn to control the salt chlorinator (SJ series) for my pool. The water is murky now, with algae. All parameters are ok (I check regularly), except chlorine and free chlorine levels, which are at 0. How do I know that the cell actually works? Is there a documentation regarding the controller? the left bottom green light has been blinking. Also, how is this controller related to the pump? Should I consider a water replacement prior to conversion ? Under what circumstances should I consider water replacement? Money not an option...which model should I buy? What size? When does increase size not benefit performance for salt conversion power, cell cleaning cycle time, and cell life? Installation should not be a consideration as all would fit my system.
