I replaced my cell a few years ago, now it reads either low salt or no water. I took a sample to my local pools supply store to have the water tested as I have been adding salt. Their testing showed I have around 10000 ppm. Is my cell bad? View answer

I have an RJ Classic system with an old tired RJ-20 salt cell. I have an RJ-30 salt cell that I want to use with the controller but I can't find a menu option to specify cell size. I noticed the display board inside has a push button. Is that a reset/initialize button or is their some hidden menu option for setting the cell size? thanks View answer

How can I tell if my cell needs replacement? My cell does not bring the chlorine levels up. I have cleaned the unit twice this year per directions. The only lights lit up on the control panel is generate and power. No problem with flow speed, salt level is about 3700. Any suggestions? Unit is about 4 years old. How can you tell if it's a classic RJ45 or newer?? View answer

I need a replacement cell for CircuPool Si-Plus (Si 30+). The picture I see on your web site shows a round connector that plugs into the control box. My control box has a rectangular connector. Do you sell a replacement cell with a rectangular connector? View answer
