Just received my order from you and it was a housing O-ring, Mechanical Seal, and impeller, not quite sure of the sequence and I want to be sure I put everything back the way it suppose to be. Would you have a better picture you could e-mail me that is a little better than the manual shows. When I unscrewed the impeller some of the parts on mechanical seal came apart and I would like to make sure I do this right. Thanks for any help you could give me. View answer

I have a 15 x 32 18200 gallon pool. I have small children and occasionally have pool partya with 20+ people in the pool. I also live near trees that constantly release leaves on to the pool. Thousands in a day. Would this system be able to handle these conditions? View answer

I tripped on my wire of the flow connector. The wire pulled out of the phone cord like clip. Can I reconnect it? or do I really have to buy a new one? My unit is a si series plis unit from over 10 years ago. On the panel ........r502 f15 if that helps. View answer

Hello, What is the minimum flow rate (GPM) for operation for the CircuPool Core series? I currently have a Jandy VSP pump that I run at 1200 rpms that generates 22 gpm. Would the Chlorinator work at this low flow rate? Thanks in advance for your assistance. Have a GREAT Day. Regards, Eric Brown View answer

Is there a regular interval at which polarity is reversed? I run my pump 4 hours per day. When not running there will be no power to the control unit. I'm worried based on my past experience with Zodiac LM that with power being cut, the polarity will be reversed every 4 hours after power up which would be a problem (of course I can run it longer if needed). I noticed in reading about my RJ+ 60 that you recommend a Cleaning Cap or Cleaning Stand to clean the cell of mineral build up. I went on line to look for these items, but only found the cleaning stand. Where can I find the cleaning cap? View answer

I have a 10,000 gallon pool and want to convert to salt. So many questions. It's been 3 years since I drained and replaced 1/2 the water in the pool due to a repair. Should I consider a water replacement prior to conversion ? Under what circumstances should I consider water replacement? Money not an option...which model should I buy? What size? When does increase size not benefit performance for salt conversion power, cell cleaning cycle time, and cell life? Installation should not be a consideration as all would fit my system. Thank you, Bill View answer

Little add on to previous two questions that I submitted. Pool is located in south Florida (Port Charlotte, FL). Equipment is all outside. Lots of sun, rain and humidity. What would be best configuration for installing swg and O3 units together? Thanks again, Bill View answer

Just submitted a question regarding swg and just ran across your Ozone units. Again, 10,000 gallon pool. Light use except for 2-3 weeks when grandkids visit. Which unit would you recommend? I have a Pentair VSP that I run 4-6 hours a day. How long/volume does the 03 unit require? View answer
