We just cleaned our cell and now we are having issues with it communicating to the system. There is a code saying Cell Connection. We have inspected the all of the cables and everything look to be in good shape. We have powered it down several times and disconnected it several times as well yet we can not get the cell to communicate with the system, W”hat could be the cause of this code? View answer

Hi, I'm a return customer. Well, I think it's time to replace the old system with a new one. My question is... I see a round "white" fitting with wires attached in your photos. What is that? I don't have anything like that on my current system (RJ20 serial # 030282). Also, will the chlorinator fit the same fittings as my old system? Thank You! View answer

I have a SJ-series system 4 years ago. works great. I just had a variable speed pool pump installed. It goes threw its own internal timers. does the SJ- series have a built in flow switch sensor built in. Worried about the unit coming on via the old pool timer without the new pump running?
