I have a 10,000 gallon pool and want to convert to salt. So many questions. It's been 3 years since I drained and replaced 1/2 the water in the pool due to a repair. Should I consider a water replacement prior to conversion ? Under what circumstances should I consider water replacement? Money not an option...which model should I buy? What size? When does increase size not benefit performance for salt conversion power, cell cleaning cycle time, and cell life? Installation should not be a consideration as all would fit my system. All parameters are ok (I check regularly), except chlorine and free chlorine levels, which are at 0. How do I know that the cell actually works? Is there a documentation regarding the controller? the left bottom green light has been blinking. Also, how is this controller related to the pump?
